Frequently Asked Questions

How can I order?

You can order right here on our website or via WhatsApp here.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Please place your order two days in advance. Our cutoff time is 5 pm.

If you have an urgent request, please contact us via info@cookietimehk.com and we will see if we can accommodate.

What are the pick-up and delivery options?

We currently offer free pick-up at Central MTR station Exit G (LANDMARK) every Tuesday and Friday in the morning (7:30-8:30 am), lunchtime (12-12:45 pm), and afternoon (6-7 pm).  Please indicate the desired timing at checkout.

For door-to-door delivery within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, we offer delivery every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Weekends, working with a local delivery partner.

Unless you specify an afternoon time, we'll aim to deliver on your preferred day, before noon. Currently, we do not offer delivery to Lantau and outlying islands, but stay tuned.

For orders of less than HKD 500, the delivery fee ranges between HKD 50-120 depending on location. You will see the details at checkout.

We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders of more than HKD 500.

Do you have a minimum order?

We have a minimum order of HKD 200.

How should I store my cookies, if I cannot enjoy them right away?

Our cookies are best consumed on the day of delivery.

Most of our cookies may last for up to three days in an air-tight container at room temperature, or seven days refrigerated.

Any cookies with cream cheese/ cheesecake filling may last up to three days refrigerated.

Do your products contain any nuts?

Some do. When applicable, we clearly specify this in the description, such as our Peanut Butter & Jelly or Macadamia Nut cookies.

How big are the cookies?

Since they are handmade, each cookie may vary slightly in size or shape. However, all cookies weigh 100g before baking and are approximately 7-10 cm in diameter.

How do you operate, and do you have a physical location?

We are a fully incorporated business in Hong Kong and operate with all necessary food licenses in place.

Currently, we focus primarily on selling online or through pop-ups and local markets, and do not have a physical retail presence.

For our latest local pop-ups, check out our news section or social media channels.

I read that Cookie Time supports charitable causes. How does this work?

We feel strongly about using our platform to do good and make an impact here in our beloved city of Hong Kong. As we grow, we aim to partner regularly with local nonprofits that deserve support.

One way we hope to do this is by hearing from you. If you know of a great cause, or run a charity yourself, connect with us via social media or email at info@cookietimehk.com to discuss opportunities.
